subtly 94c09508fd Merging in new data structure for nodes from node-table. End result will be consolidation into NodeId, Node (id and endpoints), NodeEntry (as in table), and Peer (connected node as in host). Rename PeerInfo to PeerSessionInfo. Rename NodeInfo to PeerInfo. PeerSessionInfo which is information about the Peer connection and will be split/merged into Node and PeerInfo. Add node-table callbacks for Host to perform connect node if there are not enough nodes.

subtly 40e07b312a Consolidate use of pingAll into keepAlivePeers. Add bool operators for Node and NodeIPEndpoint population. NodeTable returns Node instead of NodeEntry (subject to change). Begin transition from NodeInfo to NodeTable Node.

subtly fa11fc0149 Persist host identifier to disk. Replace noteNode with addNode. Add udp node port to connect. Add addNode to node table which pings node, potentially adding node to table if node respons. Rename NodeEndpoint to NodeIPEndpoint.
