The URL pattern used for Omnioutliner was updated. This commit
updates the url stanza format, and takes the opportunity to
update the version and sha256 stanzas at the same time.
This commit updates the license, sha256 and url stanzas. I don't like
the substitution in the url stanza, but they took the version number
out of the URL for the 4.3.x releases. Happy to take regex guidance!
