Some fields were redundant, some are simply moved into 'struct lightningd'.
All routines updated to hand 'struct lightningd *ld' now.

Also, we split the more sophisticated json_add helpers to avoid pulling in
everything into lightning-cli, and unify the routines to print struct
short_channel_id (it's ':', not '/' too).

Internally the dns code has the ability to try connecting to multiple
addresses in a sequence. Expose this, as we'll want it for reconnection.

(With embarrassing bug fixed where it didn't increment the address used,
thus using 100% CPU if that connect failed!)
