Subject: [PATCH] doc,stream: clarify 'data', pipe() and 'readable'

We stated that 'data' and pipe() are preferred over 'readable'.
This commit clarifies that 'data' and pipe() are easier to understand,
but 'readable' might result in increased throughput.
