Add openSSL error stack to the exception object thrown from crypto.
The new exception property is only added to the object if the error
stack has not cleared out prior to calling ThrowCryptoError.

This deprecates the current REPLServer.prototype.turnOffEditorMode
and adds a private function for turnOffEditorMode which handles the
necessary internal changes required instead of having them scattered
about.

http2stream.respondWithFile api has changed since 8.5.0 with the
addition of the onError option. In the first code example an
onError function is implemented but never used, fix this
mistake.
Add a description to have more informations when onError is triggered.

Makes tls.connect() behave as documented, preferring options.path over
options.port. This makes it consistent with net.connect(), so the
included test demonstrates that both behave in this way.
Also, for consistency, noting the precedence of options.path in net
doc.

The message sent using process.send() goes through JSON
serialization and parsing, which could lead to surprising behaviors.
This commit elaborate a bit more on this and add a link to
the notes about these caveats in the ECMAScript specification.

`domain.dispose()` is generally considered an anti-pattern, has been
runtime-deprecated for over 4 years, and is a part of the `domain`
module that can not be emulated by `async_hooks`; so remove it.

Using SSL_CTX_set1_curves_list() (OpenSSL 1.0.2+), this allows to set
colon separated ECDH curve names in SecureContext's ecdhCurve option.
The option can also be set to "auto" to select the curve automatically
from list built in OpenSSL by enabling SSL_CTX_set_ecdh_auto()
(OpenSSL 1.0.2+).

As per discussion in abi-stable-node:

take a refactor to napi_addon_register_func such that
the result from the register function is assigned to
the module exports property. By making this change,
native module can be agnostic about which type of
module the environment supports.

Add wrapper for uv's uv_udp_set_multicast_interface which provides the
sender side mechanism to explicitly select an interface. The
equivalent receiver side mechanism is the optional 2nd argument of
addMembership().
