Roman Reiss	f29762f4dd	test: enable linting for tests Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed. test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes because of a weird issue on Windows CI. Fedor Indutny	b64983d77c	src: reset signal handler to SIG_DFL on FreeBSD FreeBSD has a nasty bug with SA_RESETHAND reseting the SA_SIGINFO, that is in turn set for a libthr wrapper. This leads to a crash. Work around the issue by manually setting SIG_DFL in the signal handler. src: reset signal handler to SIG_DFL on FreeBSD

FreeBSD has a nasty bug with SA_RESETHAND reseting the SA_SIGINFO,
that is in turn set for a libthr wrapper. This leads to a crash.
Work around the issue by manually setting SIG_DFL in the signal
handler.
