Mudit Ameta	e2f47f5698	util: Change how Error objects are formatted Previously, Error objects were formatted as the result of a `toString` call bounded by square brackets. They are now formatted as the stack trace for the given error object. The intention initially was to emulate how browsers do `console.error` but since that would also impact `console.warn`, `console.log`, etc, it was decided to make the change at `util.inspect` level which is in turn used by the `console` package. However, it does not need to be assigned to a variable if nothing in common.js is referred to elsewhere in the test. Roman Reiss	f29762f4dd	test: enable linting for tests Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed. test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes because of a weird issue on Windows CI. cjihrig	ed3b057e9f	util: handle symbols properly in format() Currently, if util.format() is called with a string as its first argument, and a Symbol as one of the subsequent arguments, an exception is thrown due to an attempted implicit string conversion. This commit causes Symbols to be explicitly converted.
