This fixes a possible security concern (reported by Feross Aboukhadijeh) where user input is passed unchecked to the Buffer constructor or allocUnsafe() as it can expose parts of the memory slab used by other Buffers in the application. Note that negative lengths are not supported by the Buffer API and user input to the constructor should always be sanitised and type-checked. James M Snell	5c7da210df	doc: refactor the changelog by version The changelog was getting rather huge and difficult to manage. It also wasn't very useful in terms of being able to quickly find specific Node.js versions, or tracking the history for a single major release stream. This reorganizes the changelog by versions separated out over multiple files. An index of the most recent versions is provided in the main log.
