Anton Khlynovskiy	c647e87504	lib: freelist: use .pop() for allocation Array#pop() is known to be faster than Array#shift(). To be exact, it's O(1) vs. O(n). In this case there's no difference from which side of the "pool" array the object is retrieved, so .pop() should be preferred. cjihrig	b70dc67828	lib,test: remove publicly exposed freelist The freelist module was deprecated in io.js and moved to an internal module. This commit removes public access to freelist, while leaving the internal module, which is still in use. Load common.js in all tests that do not intentionally leak variables. A test file for freelist is also added.
