James M Snell	7535a94c8a	test: begin normalizing fixtures use Adds a new `../common/fixtures' module to begin normalizing `test/fixtures` use. Our test code is a bit inconsistent with regards to use of the fixtures directory. Some code uses `path.join()`, some code uses string concats, some other code uses template strings, etc. In mnay cases, significant duplication of code is seen when accessing fixture files, etc. This updates many (but by no means all) of the tests in the test suite to use the new consistent API. There are still many more to update, which would make an excelent Code-n-Learn exercise. Rich Trott	dde4f0f1bf	test: fix flaky test-tls-socket-close Add error listener to ignore `ECONNRESET`. Makes test reliable while it still segfaults (as expected) on Node.js 7.7.3. It might not be possible to eliminate the probable race causing `ECONNRESET` without also eliminating the required segfault-inducing part of the test. (Or maybe it's totally possible. If you figure it out, hey cool, submit a pull request.) jBarz	4cdb0e89d8	tls: keep track of stream that is closed TLSWrap object keeps a pointer reference to the underlying TCPWrap object. This TCPWrap object could be closed and deleted by the event-loop which leaves us with a dangling pointer. So the TLSWrap object needs to track the "close" event on the TCPWrap object.
