Covert lib/net.js over to using lib/internal/errors.js
- Replace thrown errors in lib/net.js
with errors from lib/internal/errors.
The ERR_INVALID_OPT_VALUE error have been used
in the Server.prototype.listen() method
- Update tests according to the above modifications

This enables a --loader flag for Node, which can provide custom
"resolve" and "dynamicInstantiate" methods for custom ES module
loading.
In the process, module providers have been converted from classes
into functions and the module APIs have been made to pass URL strings
over objects.

This makes the docs much more mobile-friendly by adding a viewport meta
tag which makes mobile browers properly scale fonts. Additionally the
font sizes have been cleaned up to use `rem` units where possible. Also
included are some fixes for the version dropdown.

When changing from a recent version, e.g. 8.x to an older branch like 6.x
test artifacts sometimes hang around and cause failures. Using `git clean`
will prevent that from happening.

http2stream.respondWithFile api has changed since 8.5.0 with the
addition of the onError option. In the first code example an
onError function is implemented but never used, fix this
mistake.
Add a description to have more informations when onError is triggered.
