Test should now work properly on CI machines where `addons` are not always built at the expected relative path from the es-modules tests. Test should now work in Debug builds. guybedford	d21a11dc23	module: resolve and instantiate loader pipeline hooks This enables a --loader flag for Node, which can provide custom "resolve" and "dynamicInstantiate" methods for custom ES module loading. In the process, module providers have been converted from classes into functions and the module APIs have been made to pass URL strings over objects. A newer V8 is needed for `import()` so that is not included. `import.meta` is still in specification stage so that also is not included.
