Rich Trott	d795301025	test: remove unnecessary assignments common.js needs to be loaded in all tests so that there is checking for variable leaks and possibly other things. However, it does not need to be assigned to a variable if nothing in common.js is referred to elsewhere in the test. The main tradeoff for this bit of code churn is that it gets the code base most of the way to being able to enable the no-unused-vars rule in eslint. (The non-tooling benefit is that it lessens cognitive load when reading tests as it is an immediate indication that none of the functions or properties in common.js will be used by the test.) Roman Reiss	f29762f4dd	test: enable linting for tests Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed. test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes because of a weird issue on Windows CI. ayanamist	b922b5e90d	stream: writes may return false but forget to emit drain If a write is above the highWaterMark, _write still manages to fully send it synchronously, _writableState.length will be adjusted down to 0 synchronously with the write returning false, but 'drain' will not be emitted until process.nextTick. If another small write which is below highWaterMark is issued before process.nextTick happens, _writableState.needDrain will be reset to false, and the drain event will never be fired. So we should check needDrain before setting it up, which prevents it from inproperly resetting to false.	11 years ago
