Enable `space-unary-ops` in `.eslintrc`. This prohibits things like:
i ++ // use `i++` instead
typeof(foo) // use `typeof foo` or `typeof (foo)` instead

In addition to removing unused vars, this also fixes an instance where
booleans were set presumably to check something but then never used.

Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so
all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The
only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed.
test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes
because of a weird issue on Windows CI.

--help should at least give some hint that node takes the -e switch
Update help message to include -e and swap eval block with module load block so argv works correctly
[steve@sane node](master)$ ./node -e 'process.argv' foo bar
[ '/home/steve/code/node/node', 'foo', 'bar' ]
:)
Add simple test for -e option.
