Since 2e568d9 there is a bug where unpiping a stream
from a readable stream that has `_readableState.pipesCount > 1`
will cause it to remove the first stream in the
`_.readableState.pipes` array no matter where in the list the
`dest` stream was.

At the CTC meeting today, Sakthipriyan noted that there was a link to
the CTC consensus material from the pull request consensus material. The
link was confusing because the CTC consensus material is
meeting-specific, which does not apply to pull requests. I have removed
that link and replaced it with a text explanation.

npm should run in a sandbox to avoid unwanted interactions. Without
this change, npm would read the userconfig file $HOME/.npmrc which may
contain configs that break this test.

The documentation erroneously described the errno property as an alias
for the code property, but that is not the case in the implementation.
errno is the error code of the error as a number, and code is the error
code of the error as a string.

`end` MUST always be emitted **before** `close`. However, if a handle

The config.gypi target has a recipe that uses the control function error
to report if the config.gypi file is missing or if it is stale (the
configure file was updated which is a prerequisite of this rule).
GNU make has two phases, immediate and deferred. During the first phase
it will expand any variables or functions as the makefile is parsed.
The recipe in this case is a shell if statement, which is a deferred
construct. But the control function $(error) is an immediate construct
which will cause the makefile processing to stop during the first phase
of the Make process.
If I understand this correctly the only possible outcome of this rule is
the "Stale config.gypi, please re-run ./configure" message which will
be done in the first phase and then exit. The shell condition will not
be considered. So it will never report that the config.gypi is missing.
bnoordhuis suggested that we simply change this into a single error
message:
"Missing or stale config.gypi, please run configure"

Previously, we were relying on the output of gpg from git tag -v to
verify that the key selected by the releaser is the key that was used
to sign the tag. This output can change depending on the version of git
being used. Now, we just check that the output of git tag -v contains
the key selected.

Git has been using my Long format fingerprint in the tagging messages,
this has been causing the release script to fail on my keys.
It would also be wise to be using the long format on keys based on some
attacks that hack been found in the wild around short keys.

Previously, the implementation of Buffer.alloc() called Buffer#fill()
with another Buffer as an argument. However, in v4.x, Buffer#fill does
not support a Buffer as a parameter. As a workaround, call
binding.fill() directly in the Buffer.alloc() implementation.

v8::Object::GetAlignedPointerFromInternalField() returns a random value
if Wrap() hasn't been run on the object handle. Causing v8 to abort if
certain getters are accessed. It's possible to access these getters and
functions during class construction through the AsyncWrap init()
callback, and also possible in a subset of those scenarios while running
the persistent handle visitor.
Mitigate this issue by manually setting the internal aligned pointer
field to nullptr in the BaseObject constructor and add necessary logic
to return appropriate values when nullptr is encountered.

Though the TLSWrap constructor is only called via TLSWrap::Wrap() (i.e.
tls_wrap.wrap()) internally, it is still exposed to JS. Don't allow the
application to abort by inspecting the instance before it has been
wrap'd by another handle.

In case the handle is stored and accessed after the associated C++ class

`FChown` and `Chown` test that the `uid` and `gid` parameters
they receive are unsigned integers, but `Stat()` and `FStat()`
would return the corresponding fields of `uv_stat_t` as signed
integers. Applications which pass those these values directly
to `Chown` may fail
(e.g. for `nobody` on OS X, who has an `uid` of `-2`, see e.g.
https://github.com/nodejs/node-v0.x-archive/issues/5890).
This patch changes the `Integer::New()` call for `uid` and `gid`
to `Integer::NewFromUnsigned()`.
All other fields are kept as they are, for performance, but
strictly speaking the respective sizes of those
fields aren’t specified, either.

undo accidental change to other fields of uv_fs_stat
Disable stdio buffering, it interacts poorly with printf() calls from
elsewhere in the program (e.g., any logging from V8.) Unbreaks among
other things the `--trace_debug_json` switch.
Undoes commit 0966ab99 ("src: force line buffering for stderr"), which
in retrospect is not a proper fix. Turning on line buffering fixed a
flaky test on SmartOS but the test wasn't failing on other platforms,
where stderr wasn't line-buffered either. Mark the test flaky again,
it failed once in a run of 333 tries on the smartos-64 buildbot.
Disabling buffering should be safe even when mixed with non-blocking
stdio I/O because libuv goes to great lengths to reopen the tty file
descriptors and falls back to blocking I/O when that fails.

`Buffer.from` was present in `v3.0.0` but didn’t work for any
combination of arguments as it was inherited from `Uint8Array`.
This corrects the data to contain the version in which Node’s
own `Buffer.from` was added, namely `v4.5.0`.
