This is a way better alternative to #185 that fixes#170.
This only uses CSS and does the exact same thing as #185 but without any blips or weirdness. So 😞 I didn't just try to do it this way in the first place.

Closes#186
I think this style of indentation is better
and I think it was so indented before, because of a Sublime Text bug with syntax grammar
which could indent like that sometimes automatically when you press Tab depending on above line.
This commit pushes the comment options on the right. Refined Github
makes the gitHub interface better by removing useless features and by
organizing in an smarter way the other ones. Before this commit, if you
used an extension on the comment menu it was could be not properly
aligned. By removing the "margin-left" all options are pushed on the
right.
resolves#133
Closes https://github.com/sindresorhus/refined-github/issues/120
In this change I've tried to improve readability and consistency and not
focus on performance as microoptimisations in these checks are not worth
it.
Except for moving the checks to a separate file I've unified them a bit
and made some fixes:
- simplified and unified dashboard regular expressions
- made all regex checks nested under a repo consistent
- re-used as much as possible especially for commit checks
- simplified repo root check
- fixed repo root check with `tree` in the regex for repositories like
https://github.com/react-component/tree
- tried to use consistent naming and order of the methods
- fixed a few regular expressions not taking trailing slash in the URL
into account
