fix(loading): fix glitch on loading sequence
The loading bolt was being shown in several distinct places, which was
resulting in a glitch between completing onboarding and showing the
wallet ui.
Refactor such that the LoadingBolt component is only mounted once, in
the root component.

Show the node public address if known to make it easier to share node
details with other users. Add the data in both the Node address text
field as well as the node address QR code.

fix(invoice): update invoice modal once received
Ensure that the invoice / transaction / payment modal view shows the
most current data from the store. Do not duplicate data in the store
but instead reference the canonical data by id.

fix: fetch block height from remote sources
Fetch the current block height from multiple block explorers early on in
the sync process. This ensures that we get the correct block height in
the case where our BTCd node is still mid way through syncing. Do this
in the main process rather than in the render process.
