easyengine (ee) is a linux shell-script collection, which makes it easy to manage your wordpress sites running on nginx web-server.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

A new major release of EasyEngine is worked in refactor branch https://github.com/rtCamp/easyengine/tree/refactor

We will publish reasons for the delay in next release soon.

In any case, you can continue to use current version. It won't break!

EasyEngine currently supports:

  • Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, 13.10 & 14.04
  • Debian 6, 7

Quick Start

curl -sL rt.cx/ee | sudo bash         # install easyengine
ee system install                     # install nginx, php, mysql, postfix 
ee site create example.com --wp       # create example.com and install wordpress on it

Upgrading

From easyengine 1.0 to 1.1 and above

/bin/bash <(curl -sL https://raw.github.com/rtCamp/easyengine/stable/usr/local/sbin/eeupdate)
