Solidity Tests names are now more consistent
- File names and Boost Test Suite have the same name now for
every solidity Test, so that there is no need to guess or check
when you want to run a specific suite from the command line

Moving all Interface and Documentation functionality to own class
- Creating the Interface Handler class which will take care of the
parsing of Natspec comments and of interfacing with and outputing to
JSON files.
- Will also handle the ABI interface creation
