src: remove extra heap allocation in GetSession()

Don't allocate + copy + free; allocate and fill in place, then hand off
the pointer to Buffer::New().

Avoids unnecessary heap allocations in the following methods:

- crypto.CryptoStream#getSession()
- tls.TLSSocket#getSession()
