Brian White	4b0b991bf5	test: fix flaky test-net-error-twice On Windows there can exist some race condition where the notification of the client's `socket.destroy()` isn't received before the server writes to the socket. This race condition was more evident/reproducible on a single core system. This commit fixes the flakiness by waiting until the server's connection event handler has been called to destroy the client socket and perform the server socket write. Roman Reiss	f29762f4dd	test: enable linting for tests Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed. test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes because of a weird issue on Windows CI.
