The `test/common` module has the capability to identify if any variable
is leaked to the global scope and fail the test. So that has to be
imported at the beginning.

Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so
all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The
only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed.
test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes
because of a weird issue on Windows CI.

Fix inadvertent v0.11 changes to the definition of suicide, particularly
the relationship between suicide state, the disconnect event, and when
exit should occur.
In v0.10, workers don't forcibly exit on disconnect, it doesn't give
them time to do a graceful finish of open client connections, they exit
under normal node rules - when there is nothing left to do. But on
unexpected disconnect they do exit so the workers aren't left around
after the master.
Note that a test as-written was invalid, it failed against the v0.10
cluster API, demonstrating that it was an undocumented API change.
Main fix was in 3abebf which added HTTP/0.9 support to http parser.
Changed test because HTTP 1.1 mandates keep-alive when no headers are
given.

Deprecate the URI module and remove tests for it.
- Rename "uri" to "url".
- Use the "url" module instead of the "uri" module.
- Remove the url parsing from http.js
- Update http.cat with the changed field names.
- Update tests for changes to http.js
- Update documentation for changes in http.js
include() should not be used by libraries because it will pollute the global
namespace. To discourage this behavior and bring Node more in-line with
the current CommonJS module system, include() is removed.
Small scripts like unit tests often times do want to pollute the global
namespace for ease. To avoid the boiler plate code of
var x = require("/x.js");
var foo = x.foo;
var bar = x.bar;
The function node.mixin() is stolen from jQuery's jQuery.extend. So that it
can be written:
node.mixin(require("/x.js"));
