This helps to prevent issues where a failed test can keep a bound
socket open long enough to cause other tests to fail with EADDRINUSE
because the same port number is used.

Fixed an intermittent issue on AIX where the 600ms timeout was reached
before the 'connection' event was fired. This resulted in a failure as
serverConnection would be undefined and the assert.equal would throw an
error. Changed the flow of the test so that the timeout is only set
after a connection has been made.

Modifies the Socket.setNoDelay and Socket.setKeepAlive methods to return
the socket instance instead of undefined, to allow for chaining.

The copyright and license notice is already in the LICENSE file. There
is no justifiable reason to also require that it be included in every
file, since the individual files are not individually distributed except
