mariadb: Some build tweaks
- Build with system zlib instead of bundled
- Disable libbz2
- Fix build issues if cross compiled binaries of 'cat' and 'bison'
are in the path.

Remove alsa-lib and alsa-utils disabled packages
Android does not have the alsa kernel level support. These packages
were only added as a build dependency of openjdk 9, but that should
no longer be necessary.
